I wasn’t sure it would work on my carrier as it’s a bit older but I got the adapters to hook up fine and i was surprised but how well the vents work. Keeps me cooler with a full coverage carrier and def a 10/10 purchase and worth the money.

A great addition to True North Concept's MHA especially if you run the leg strap.

From the handful of range sessions that have lasted four hours plus, I honestly forgot I was wearing my range belt. Typical belts, you're reminded in a couple of hours that you've got kit on and get that annoying feeling of a belt riding into your skin during and after. Although probably not recommended, I've ran the belt directly over a t-shirt and pants and there was no movement when moving/shooting and drawing from holster. No feeling of sweat. This belt motivates me to dry fire, I can be in sweats and throw the belt on over top of my clothes and get in a good session.

After seeing a few good reviews in this, I pulled the trigger and ordered one. I was getting rubbed raw on my thigh from my true north concepts holster adapter, this solves that problem, wonderfully! No more hot spot or rubbing. Didn't even transfer color to my khaki pants.

Bottom Line Up Front: These insoles will outlive your boots. I’m on my second pair of Salomon hiking boots and my insoles look barely used. The insoles have some old sock lint stuck to them but other than that they are just as comfortable as the day I bought them. I wear boots everyday and will invest in another pair of icevent insoles if mine ever wear out.

I searched the internet for a way to keep me from over heating while going on my Summer runs in Phoenix. I decided to order one plate to give it a test run, was not disappointed. I was not thrilled about the idea of running with my plate carrier on, but it seems no one cares and my health is of the utmost importance. I have since bought another plate to keep my even cooler. I've recommended these plates to my friends, as I believe in this product.

I live in the gulf area of the south eastern USA. and it's hot and humid as all get out down here. I run full kit in deep woods with little movement of air cause of the dense forests here. This belt over the other inner belts I have tried kept my waist line from being as soaked and kept the abrasion of a heavy belt off my hips. The cushioning is just right and the standoff it gives you with the mesh structure is amazing for breathability. I first came onto Qore performance for their ice plates technology, it single handedly changed the game for running Plate carriers in extreme heat and humidity, since then I added their aero pads. but this belt has made wearing a loaded down duty belt so much easier. If you're tired of other inner belts digging into your hips or not giving you any airflow around your waist line, snag one of these. You can't go wrong. It's holding up fine and you dont see the black under the multicam (or whatever pattern you choose to wear).

This is by far the best inner belt I have worn. I have tried several over the years. I am a full-time trainer at a Sheriff’s Office. I spend roughly 120 days out of the year on the range in kit. I use this inner belt in conjunction with a KORE battle belt, and it makes wearing a belt with a lot of weight very comfortable. If you are hesitant about the price of the belt, I assure you it is worth every penny. If and when this inner belt wears out, I will buy another. I like it that much. Invest in yourself, and get one.

Now for reference I work construction and currently it’s been 100°+ for weeks. The ice plates last about 3 hours- 3.5 hours.
Make no mistake I am 5’7” and 130 but this vest is HUGE. Comfort is great and I hemmed up the vest to fit (really easy to do with fishing line through the netting). I would buy an extra set of plates, expensive but worth it.

I was skeptical at first but this meshes well with my safe life duty belt! Way better support on the hips also.

As an insurance adjuster I work in hot and humid environments and without the ice pack, the IPad would simply shut down because it was too hot. This works fine.

Ingenuity at its best !! I am currently running this hydration system on the outside of my jpc 2.0 plate carrier. I have yet to put it through any rigorous wear testing, but I can tell you with little doubt that this will meet all expectations. The hydration sleeve is well constructed and very sturdy. The actual Iceplate itself is made watertight and sturdy as well. I had no leaks in any of my connections and the low profile of the system itself is ideal. Great product !! I’m sure that short of falling of a mountain and hitting every boulder and rock on the way down, this system will survive any heavy wear and usage.

I used the iceplate with a esstac plate carrier and a lvl 4 steel plate in the rear bag with a lvl 4 ceramic in the front bag. As well as a magazine placard. I used this set up to do the Murph workout on memorial day. I was a bit skeptical how well it would work. Here to say that I was shocked about how the iceplate lessened my fatigue throughout the workout. In my opinion Qore is making super humans with thermal regulation. I'm in the process to get one of there carriers and plate combos

This is an honest review. At first I was not impressed due to it wasn’t super adhesive to my duty belt. However, after I continued to wear it more and more I became more impressed. I do not wear my duty belt loose, so I like a tight fit. The belt is secure without using belt keepers, so I would order again. I see the difference in comfort.
